 returned to my home town of Solihull in 2015 to find work and bought this house, as I like it’s position and contemporary modern style with it’s garage and an easily maintained westerly facing rear garden, which is not overlooked and is ideal for the late afternoon and evening as further outside space.  The house is located in an attractive modern “mews-style” development and is very convenient for Olton railway station which is about a 10 minute walk away and is on a on direct commuter line to Birmingham city centre.  There is an also an excellent range of local shops including a Post Office, at the established Dovehouse Parade which is also a short walk away.

 I have excellent neighbours and my only reason for moving away now is that I am working back in Guildford again and have decided to relocate back there which is alsocloser to other family members.
