We first fell in love with our home in Hay Lane four and a half years ago. At that point we were new to the area, with much uncertainty in many respects. We were amazed with the house, the fabulous dining kitchen, lovely big private south facing garden, two double bedrooms and a single that still accommodates a double bed when needed for extra guests.  It had so much to offer back then, and now having a brand new re-fitted bathroom amongst numerous other decorative improvements, it is the perfect home and one of a kind when compared to similar properties. Little did we know at the time we moved we would also benefit from such a wonderful safe and friendly community, you couldn't ask for a better neighbourhood. We also didn't realise the benefits of being a very short walking distance from the local shops, the amazing sought after primary school, doctor’s surgery, and let’s not forget the incredible Shelley Farm! Our situation has changed and it's time to move on, but we will always look back on these years so fondly. The house has an overwhelming warm feeling when you walk through the door and we have experienced nothing but positivity and happiness here.
