We have absolutely loved living here since moving in 3 days before Christmas 41 years ago with a very excited 2 year old and a fully dressed Christmas Tree in the back of the Van.

We extended the property as our family grew and now have 3 double bedrooms, plus a good size single all of which has come in very handy for family gatherings over the years. Having the extended bathroom is a bonus especially when the grandchildren stayed with us most weekends during the last 20 years. (one in the shower and 2 in the bath)

Having the verandah covering the patio is so useful for BBQ's and outside entertaining when the weather changes as it often does.  The back garden is not overlooked either which makes it quite private.

We are in a quiet cul-de-sac location and have great neighbours which makes it a pleasure to live here. 

There are very good Infant, Junior and Senior schools close by (which both our children and grandchildren all attended)  plus Solihull Town Centre, hospital and local parks are all within easy walking distance and there is a good local bus service.

We will be sad to leave but are now at the stage where the two of us are rattling around this lovely large family house and are looking for something smaller.

We hope that whoever decides that this is the house for them that they have as much fun and enjoyment as we have.
