Vendor Comments

The hamlet of Chadwick End in my opinion is the one of the most idyllic locations within the Solihull borough.  It offers a beautiful country setting within several minutes of Knowle, Dorridge, Lapworth and 15 minutes from Solihull Town Centre, Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa, but to name a few.  Lapworth train station is several minutes away too and Dorridge train station has often come in very handy for journeys into Birmingham City.

Our home is set in a tranquil location that essentially means it is not overlooked from the rear or the front, providing privacy that many could only dream of.  The beautiful meadow at the rear of our 100 feet plus garden has given my young family and me endless evenings of just sitting in silence while listening to and observing the stunning wildlife that this area has to offer, ranging from small dear, numerous birds of prey, and hedgehogs.  My daughter has spent countless hours in a beautiful garden that is blessed with many years of love and attention providing a vast array of low maintenance plant life and trees that burst into so many colours throughout the spring, summer and autumn seasons.  I know that I will realistically never find another setting like this again and envy any future owners of the joy that it will bring.

Having resided in a city most of my life, I can safely say that I am a true convert to living in such a beautiful hamlet.  It is a beautiful way of life and perfect for de stressing after a busy day in the office. The journey home is also very pleasant, which takes me through neighbouring Knowle and Dorridge and all of the amenities associated with these villages.  Within a two minute leisurely stroll from the front door you can either find yourself in the upmarket setting of the Orange Tree with fine dining on offer or alternatively choosing to walk through the adjacent public footpath that will take you on a beautiful adventure within this stunning part of Solihull.

I can safely say that, of the four bedrooms in this house, three of them offer an uplifting feeling in the morning when the curtains are opened, regardless of the weather and this is something that my family and I will dearly miss.  It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to move, but I am comforted by the fact that future occupants of this home will truly fall in love with it.

There are very few opportunities to buy a four bed house in Chadwick End and once prospective buyers enter this deceptively large property, they will no doubt be impressed with the dimensions.  Another great benefit of living in such a friendly community is the low crime rate, which in itself is worth boasting, especially when raising a family with safety and security being paramount.  I cannot think of a negative point about this property or the location and maybe when I’ve made my first million I can return.
