The Grange Estate is quiet, well established and people are very friendly.   We bought the house new from David Wilson Homes in 1998 and were it not for relocation we would be very happy to stay.

The house is light and airy and all five bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes.  Our investment in remodelling the kitchen and bathrooms, including fitting power showers, has been very worthwhile.  Open fields lie very close to us which is great for walking in the countryside. 

The real plus though is the south facing garden which we make the most of.  We can have breakfast through to a late evening barbecue on the patio with the sun shining on us for the whole day!
