When the time comes to move on, it can be quite a wrench when it has been your home for nearly forty years.  Where we are situated it is peaceful and not over looked; we have space and lots of off road parking.  From ‘al fresco’ meals in the garden, reading a good book in the conservatory or having creative outbursts in the studio/workshop the ambience evokes it all.  The neighbours are lovely and most of the time you will not know they are there.

The local shops are very good and buses are easily accessed. There are lovely short walks, parks and Sarehole Mill on the doorstep.  Local schools easily reached as is Hall Green Health and various supermarkets.

We would like to think that the happiness we have had here as a family leaves its’ energy for whoever decides to make it their home and if they are half as happy as we have been then they will be glad they made this their choice
