We've thoroughly enjoyed the time we've spent in our home in Balsall Common, especially that shared with friends and family.  Our large, social kitchen is always the focal point of any gathering and has enabled us to host Christmas for our extended family.

The garden is beautiful in the summer, being surprisingly well stocked and private for a modern development, particularly when sat underneath the wisteria-covered pergola.  It has been a pleasure to see the various flowers that appear around the garden throughout the year.

We were originally attracted to Balsall Common for its rural feel and the fact that you can be in open countryside in a matter of minutes.  However, we were pleasantly surprised by how well connected it is to various transport links, with the motorway network a short drive away, the train station a few minutes’ walk and the airport only a 10 minute drive.  We've also enjoyed the benefits of local village amenities such as shops, restaurants and hairdressers which are just a short walk through the nearby park.
