The attraction to originally purchase the house was for many reasons:

Firstly the location of this particular development with the police station at the entrance to the estate giving peace of mind in terms of security. Also the location of the house which is in a cul-de-sac so is very quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly.

The build quality of the house is excellent which is a credit to Bloor Homes.

In terms of efficiency and economy this house is very low cost with the house being a new build it is very well insulated meaning that the need for heating is reduced. The property has a water meter which is surprisingly low cost too compared to the previous property we lived in just around the corner which was not on a meter.

The fact that the driveway leading to the detached garage is room enough for 3 cars plus internally having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms makes this an ideal family home with ample space.

The house also has a unique characteristic to it, unlike any other of this kind in the close, with the lounge having a bay window in it which provides more daylight and space.
