This apartment has been in our family since 2016. We bought it directly from the builder, who had let it out for five years prior. After viewing several homes, we knew this was the one the moment we walked through the door. The bright, spacious layout and the beautiful, view across the golf course made it truly stand out. It felt like a special place—perfect for our son and his new bride to settle into their first home together.

They were very happy here for two years, and we have many fond memories of evenings spent on the veranda, watching the sunset with a drink in hand. The estate itself is wonderfully peaceful and secure, something we came to value more and more over time.

When a career move took our son and his family overseas to Uganda, the apartment was immediately let again, and our most recent tenants were very reluctant to leave—it’s that kind of place.

Now, as we look to support our son in building their forever home in Kampala, we are preparing to part with this much-loved apartment. It will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope the next owners will find the same happiness here that we have over the years.
