In 2013 a double story extension was approved by the Solihull planning Committee but we did not pursue that route and instead focused on downstairs creating a WOW factor for family entertainment.There is further scope to increase the upstairs and loft space to 2 more bedrooms. We now feel as our kids are almost ready to venture off into the big world as young adults to start their higher education it is time for us to say goodbye to this wonderful house and move onto pastures new.
Our neighbours both to the left and right are amazing. There is a true neighbourly spirit every body looks out for one another and most have resided well beyond 25 years here. I remember the very first day we moved in and our neighbour came out into her garden and waved at us. Since then she has not missed a single one of our kids birthday and always posts a little card for them. We will truly miss this house, our wondeful neighbours and the beautiful memories we have made here.
The location of the house is perfect. Many holidays abroad we have been grateful for the fact that our return journey from the airport is no more than 7 minutes. There are many supermarkets within walking distance to this house. It is in a great catchment area for solihull schools. This house would be ideal for a young family like us ready to make their memories here and we hope you enjoy our house as much as we always have done.
