We have lived here for 16 years and have loved the quiet location with no ‘through’ traffic and wonderful neighbours. What I love most about the house is the amount of light in every room and the view of the beautiful garden.  The garden is well established and every few months the colours change as different trees bloom.   Although not gardeners ourselves, we have loved the character and charm that it possesses and wish we could have spent more time maintaining it.  I am sad to be leaving this house and we are only doing so because we need the extra bedroom and have managed to secure a four bed on a similar road; difficult to achieve as we wanted to live on a crescent and there aren’t many in Solihull.
