I have lived in this property for the last 6 years, with my now-wife moving in with me to additionally call this her home for the last 3 years. We have both been very happy here and now wish to relocate to be closer to family. 

I was initially attracted to this property for its character and location, being as it is an ex-council house. It is structurally sound, cool in the summer and maintains heat in the winter months. There is a large rear garden that we have landscaped and tailored ourselves to make it our own. You have a 3-car drive to the front, in addition to a little patch for planting.  

The house has a nice flow to it internally, with an open-plan downstairs layout that works well for hosting guests: a more sociable space. We have a good mix of neighbours in a quiet cul-de-sac.  

We shall be sad to leave and lose the convenience of this property. You are a 10 minute walk into Solihull town centre, a 15-minute walk to the train station (with a short hop into Birmingham, direct train to London and more a short walk away). You are a 5 minute drive to the M42 motorway, have a GP surgery, hospital, various supermarkets and a number of schools in the immediate and wider vicinity. Birmingham Airport (and it’s associated train station) is less than a 15-minute drive away (a great opportunity for yourselves to act as a taxi driver to ferry friends and family!) Brueton / Malvern Park is also a popular spot for us for a lunchtime / evening walk.
