We have been so happy living here and starting family life. We are moving closer to family now we have a daughter and hope this home brings as much joy to the next owners. The location is so convenient for walking into Solihull town centre, to Brueton/Malvern and Elmdon parks and along the canal to some lovely restaurants. It has also been very easy to commute to work in multiple locations due to its close proximity to the motorway networks.  

We have been blessed with the most wonderful neighbours and will be sad the leave them. Many hours have been enjoyed in the south facing garden in the spring, summer and autumn months where it is in sunlight all day and so quiet and peaceful, not being overlooked.  

The kitchen extension is our favourite area where we spend the majority of out time as it is a great open space and always lovely to host friends and family. The living room is a cosy room where evenings were enjoyed before it slowly became a play room but serves this purpose well to have a separate space for our daughter to grow.
