I moved to the house 7 years ago and it has been a great home for all that time. The quiet cul-de-sac location and large garden offer a peaceful retreat, but you are still minutes away from several great transport links. Solihull is under 10 minutes away by car or bus and the house is ideal for commuting north, south, and even abroad!

The spacious living kitchen which was decorated and had new kitchen appliances in 2020 offers a great place for families to be together or to entertain friends and guests with the added downstairs toilet being a real benefit for all occasions. There are two great schools within walking distance of the house and the local shops that are a few minutes up the road are really convenient, there is even an award-winning micro-pub, the Pup and Duckling! 

The neighbours have always been really friendly and the house has been amazing for many different things but I will be moving onto pastures new as my partner is from a different area of the country.
