Vendor's Comments

What can I say except that this is a reluctant sale, but for my family it is time for a change.

We have lived here for 12 years and have loved this beautiful home from the moment we moved in. It has evolved over time and has had additions and changes in layout - transforming it into the amazing family friendly space it is now. The open layout of the kitchen works so well for entertaining and spending time as a family. But we have still retained the more grown up living room to have a relaxing space in the evenings, once the children have retired to bed.
The little ones even have their own space to retreat to, although we call it the play-room, it could easily be a study, den or hobby room. I absolutely love this house in its current state, but with a larger than average garage and good sized loft, there is still plenty of scope to enlarge it without needing planning permission.

We are literally minutes from excellent primary and secondary schools, with my daughter attending Tudor Grange Academy. Our primary catchment is Blossomfield Infants and either Shirley Heath or Sharmans Cross Juniors. All of which are excellent schools.

The bus/rail and road links to Solihull make it an excellent, central place to live. The town centre and business parks make shopping so easy, with everything you need on your doorstep. But the parks and countryside spaces mean you're never far from some fresh air and relaxation. My personal favourite is the abundance of National Trust properties and large parks to while away lazy Sunday afternoons.

Willow Road is a lovely quiet road with extremely friendly neighbours, whom I have grown so fond of over the years. I have known them all for so long because simply, nobody ever moves from Willow Road... it's such a lovely place to live.
