We have had 21 very happy years at Greenwood Close. Our children have grown up here. It is the perfect location for families with primary school aged children being so close to the wonderful Woodthorpe Junior and Infants School, which OFSTED described as being outstanding. Our kids have had the very best start to their education, and it’s easy to see why so many parents want to move into the school’s catchment area.

The location is perfect in other ways too. Near enough to Kings Heath High Street to be able to benefit from the range of shops there, but tucked well away from the noise and bustle of the main A435, which gives easy access to the M42 and the motorway network for commuters. Cocks Moor Woods Leisure Centre with its swimming pool, gym and golf course is a short stroll away. Highbury Park is a favourite place to walk the dog, and Kings Heath Park is near enough to stroll to without breaking a sweat.

I’m certain that whoever moves into this house will make it a home they won’t want to move away from, just as we did. We will always have happy memories of our time here.
