Vendor Comments

My dad was happy here for many years and loved the house. It's great for family get-togethers at Christmas, and especially in spring and summer because of the large lovely garden, which his grandchildren loved to explore and play in. There's room on the drive for several cars too. The neighbours have always been helpful and pleasant.

The location is leafy and peaceful, and it's also very convenient for getting about. Solihull Railway Station is half a mile away, and from there you can travel to Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry and London. It's easy to get to Solihull town centre and Birmingham city centre by bus - the house is on the route of a regular service. You can walk to Solihull centre in 10-15 minutes too.
