We have lived here for 14 happy years. It has been a wonderful home to start to raise our children in. The house is a stone’s throw from Solihull, close to a number of good primary and secondary schools, and near to various local parks and with easy access to the canal. There is great bus and train access, into Birmingham, out to Stratford, Warwick, or to London, and just 10 minutes to the airport for trips further afield.

It is a lovely quiet street, with nice neighbours all around creating a real community environment. Our children have loved trick or treating around the Crescent at Halloween and watching the nearby fireworks on Bonfire Night. The Henley / Rowlands Crescent block is also a great safe space for children to learn to scoot and ride a bike.

We have loved the south facing garden, which is not overlooked, is easy to maintain and provides plenty of space for play and relaxation. Inside there are four good sized bedrooms. The open plan living space is perfect for family time together, and for Christmas / birthday gatherings with friends and family. The bi-folding doors bring great natural light into the room and give easy access to the garden – perfect for BBQs, and for watching the children play while preparing dinner. 

It has been a very happy home and one we are sure the next family will enjoy as much as we have. We will be sad to leave here.
