It will be with great sadness that we leave this beautiful home, but unfortunately I am relocating for work, the only reason prompting our move.

The house is perfectly situated for wonderful schooling, colleges and a walking commute into solihull. For those who work further afield the trains to Birmingham, Stratford and London are all frequent and the station is only a short walk away. There is a wide range of amenities and shopping experiences in Solihull town centre with cafés, bistros and fine dining too.  

The house has planning permission for a delightful and tasteful extension that will impressively expand the living and bedroom space. This is something we planned to utilise ourselves but the move has sadly prevented us from going ahead.
