To all those who are interested here’s some background about our life at Aspen House.

We bought the property having relocated from Monkspath to have more room, and a dream home within easy reach of Solihull town and our son’s school.

We wanted a safe area for them, space to play, and easy access to motorways, shops, and town. But we didn’t want to compromise on design and luxury either. 

We bought the property during construction which meant we got to have input on the design ethos and select fixtures and fittings. We’ve not spared any expense to create a home of real quality. We both like to maintain the property to the highest standard and have improved it in our time here. As you will see if you view the house its condition is as good as the day we moved in!

We love the large kitchen, patio doors and outdoor space for summer with garden getting sun all day long. We’ve had wonderful times here and it combines the practicality of a family home with the design and luxury aspect (check out the walk-in wardrobe and master suite!).  It’s so quiet and private, it’s a real hidden gem.

We are moving to a place in the country as our kids are now growing up and will genuinely be sad to leave this place. 

The neighbours are amazing, looking out for our home, our boys and even taking our bins out when we forget. The security and privacy of a private road and gate, off the most prestigious street in Solihull really makes us feel safe.
