Having moved to our property with a baby and a toddler 29 years ago it is with much sadness that it is now time for us to move on. Our young family have now moved away from the area and therefore it is the right time for us to downsize. Having extended the property to accommodate our needs and with many happy memories of gatherings with family and friends, we feel that now is the time for a new family to enjoy the home that we have done so for many years. We could not have asked for better neighbours, some of whom have become very good friends and almost like family. We have enjoyed many walks along the local canal and are within walking distance of desirable local schools, Solihull town centre and also have the advantage of being served by regular bus services covering the wider area and within easy access to the motorway network. Our only wish is that we find a new home that will give us as much pleasure and happy memories as this one has.
