We put a lot of effort into making this good house a great home! We fully re-wired, installed a brand-new modern kitchen, decorated professionally and replaced all the carpets throughout. 

The large south facing garden, summerhouse and spare double bedroom have made hosting friends and family a delight. 

The location is great for accessing public transport, buses to Birmingham and Solihull centre are a short walk away and Solihull train station can be reached in minutes. We have often enjoyed the short walk into Solihull Centre and have made the most of the surrounding parks, canal walks, very local shops and takeaways. 

We will be very sad to leave this house and hope any new owners will love it as much as we do!
