We moved here 9 years ago it was a brand-new house and we were the second house to be occupied on this new development of a small collection of only 10 houses.  The houses were constructed by Banner Homes a small development company who paid attention to detail and were easy to negotiate with for changes to the design, unlike the larger commercial house builders.  We watch the house built and we were involved in the design stages throughout its construction.  

We have enjoyed living here and made some lovely friends with the adjacent owners.  It is such a small close that everyone knows each other, and all our children have grown up together.  Our daughter learnt to ride her bike in the road here, as it is safe and secure behind the electric gates.  Our children know they need to stay behind the gates and everyone looks after each other whether they be older or younger children.

As the property is situated back off the main Kenilworth Road it is very quiet and relaxing in the gardens.  We wouldn’t be leaving here but we need to move to help look after elderly parents and this house just wouldn’t fit our requirements, we will be very sad to leave but hope that another family will have as much enjoyment living in the property as we have.
