This was my family home and where I grew up.

In 1952 my parents bought a plot of land and had the house built to a design which was The Daily Mail “House of the Year”.  The garden was like a park in its day.

Little changed in the house over the years.

In 2016 we inherited the house. It sits in a 1/5th of an acre plot. It remains individual in its design on this prestigious and quiet road. 90% of the house has been replaced. Among the many improvements it has been rewired, re-plumbed and transformed into a home for a 2017 family.

It has been renovated to a high standard and is ready to move into. We hope a new family will love this house and take it forward as a happy home.
