Vendor Comments

To all those who are interested here's some background about our life at 21 Charlesworth Avenue.

We bought the property having relocated from Clapham in London as a new space to bring up our two children.

We wanted a safe area for them, space to play and easy access to motorway, shops and town. But we didn't want to compromise on design and luxury either.

We took the existing house and stripped it right back, working over 8 months to extend and refurbish the entire place. No expense has been spared from the granite kitchen to the wine fridge and ceiling speakers this property is fitted out neutrally to the finest quality.

We love the open plan living area, bi-fold doors and deck for summer and the south facing garden.

We've had wonderful times here and it combines the practicality of a family home with the design and luxury aspect (check out the walk in wardrobe!).

We are moving to our forever home having realised some investment and will genuinely be sad to leave this place.

The neighbours are amazing, looking out for our home, our boys and even taking our bins out when we forget.

We hope the purchaser loves it as much as we do.
