The village of Balsall Common is one of the larger rural settlements within the Solihull Borough with quick & easy access to the motorway network.

I feel Balsall Common is a self-contained village offering sufficient facilities & amenities to suit everyone & boasting 2 fantastic performing schools...all this in a very idyllic & peaceful location.

My home, I can honestly say I am very proud of & extremely passionate about all the improvements I have made to it & the very tasteful decoration I have chosen during a most enjoyable 8 years I have spent here.

One of my favourite rooms of the house is my bathroom with its contemporary large roll top free standing bath, this is great to relax in & unwind after a hard day at work!

Another favourite room of mine is the main bedroom, this room looks out onto a very pretty, colourful & well stocked low maintenance garden which enjoys the sun for the majority of the day.

I do feel that once prospective buyers enter my house they will no doubt be impressed with the hard work, loving care & attention I have given to my house....If only I could pick my house up & take it with me I most definitely would!

Something I am most grateful for & feel is a very important factor of living in Balsall Common is the very friendly & neighbourly community, this I feel is particularly important when living on your own or with a young family as it gives you a great sense of safety & security which of course is paramount!

I will be very sad to leave 15 Ashley Way however I hope that the new owners, whomever they may be, will be just as happy here as I have been.
